• Products must be returned in unused, original condition and in original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Opened or used products

• Sale or clearance items

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at return@kalasmic.com with your order number and photos of the item.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

3. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
